2. Refund Policy

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Custom-made, altered, or discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition (not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.
